Welcome to Amble Events Committee
The Events Committee is a team of local volunteers who organise popular community events in Amble, Northumberland, including the Amble Puffin Festival and Amble Lights Parade.
The Puffin Festival began in May 2013 after Amble secured a Mary Portas grant to deliver community events and a shop local campaign. The Festival has grown into a well‑known, family‑friendly event attracting visitors from across the region. Amble Lights Parade, held alongside the town’s Christmas lights switch‑on, is a long‑standing festive tradition, with local groups creating banners and illuminated displays to celebrate the start of the Christmas season together.

Harbour Lights Choir
Harbour Lights - Amble Community Choir is 15 years old. Started in 2010 by leader Flora Smith, in conjunction with the charity 20,000 Voices.
